Requirements
Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in upscale restaurants or bars.
In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and various beverage preparation techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with guests.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity to design unique and visually appealing cocktails.
Knowledge of Japanese beverages and sake is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
